Restore and Renew
With a greater emphasis in society today to do more, restoring our body has been all but completely forgotten. Many of us live in a chronic state of stress and as a result, this affects the quality of life and leaves our body comprised and vulnerable to illness and injuries. A restorative yoga practice is an “active relaxation” class where we purposely support the body in yoga postures with props so we can stimulate and relax the body towards balance. Restorative yoga practice will help relieve the effects of chronic stress, reverse the effects of gravity, stimulates and soothes the organs and improves the immune system. Less is more sometimes. Come join us to do less so you can gain more for your body, mind and spirit.
