Sarah has been practicing ashtanga yoga daily since 2003. Immediately after her first ashtanga class that she became hooked on the practice. Ashtanga is a physically and mentally challenging practice that takes lots of discipline and brings the practitioner balance and grounding. She has had the opportunity have studied with a few truly wonderful, dedicated ashtanga yoga teachers and has learned (and continues to learn) so much from them. She loves sharing what she’s learned with students and believes that yoga is for everyone and strives to teach her class in a way that challenge the practitioner while respecting the foundations of yoga.

Sarah loves all things movement, travelling and the outdoors and can also be found hiking with her sweet rescue pup Mae, doing pilates, camping in the mountains, snowboarding and pretending to know how to surf.
