Megan began practicing yoga casually in 2008. After opening a business in 2012 she found herself burned out by 2015. She was struggling to learn how life was lived outside of working 24/7. Megan was looking for something more - a better way of living. Through wanting to connect with her body she re-discovered yoga, and from there her life began to blossom. Playfulness, expression, bravery, creativity - all things she never knew about herself began to bubble up on the mat. She completed her RYT 200 in April 2017 and her Mindful Yin training in May 2018. Within the classes she teaches, Megan provides a safe space for all students to explore what comes up on their mat.
“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.” - B.K.S. Iyengar
