I started going to YogaLife in February 2011, two-and-a-half months after I got into a major car accident. The idea was to incorporate yoga into my rehab to get my body moving again after being stiff and inactive for 11 weeks. What I didn't expect was how I incorporated yoga into my life.

I'm a self-professed lazy person, but I really enjoy going to yoga. It's part of my routine now. The atmosphere at YogaLife is a big reason. I've done yoga at other studios, but I never felt like I was part of a community like I am at YogaLife. The staff, instructors and students are positive and encouraging. It makes for a fun time at the studio. I also like the variety of classes. So now I'm a yogi and a YogaLifer!
