Cultivating the essence of internal balance yin/yang combines the cool, slower elements of yin with the faster, heated elements of yang. Yin poses are held for several minutes while yang poses challenge through faster movement and flow. Yin/Yang is the balance of opposites; it combines the paradox of doing and being. Practitioners can expect a range of movements and postures to stimulate, cool, stretch and strengthen the body and by doing so bring harmony and internal balance to the body/mind. Warm Yin/Yang is practiced in 32 degrees and is suitable for new practitioners as well as those wishing to foster balance and harmony. Heated classes are not recommended for people under 14yrs or for pregnant women.
