Intimidated to start yoga? We've designed a class called Beginner's Basics to help you learn the very fundamentals of the yoga practice, breaking down postural alignment and workshopping poses. This class is designed to broaden the awareness of what yoga even is for people who have never set foot on a yoga mat. Learn the benefits and basics of yoga to prepare you for all the classes offered at Yogalife!

Receive all the benefits of a heated yoga practice in our Warm Foundation Flow class. This class breaks down the Flow postures and is slowed down to better guide you through the sequences. Modifications will be provided and encouraged throughout the practice. Learn the foundations first before venturing off into a regular class.

The fact that you offer beginner sessions is great, and that you mark your classes by difficulty. It’s easy to get thrown off by yoga when you’re new to it, if you end up starting in a class that’s above your level of difficulty. I also like that you can sign up online. Your studio is so clean and inviting, and the wardrobes are very nice. Everyone I met were super friendly, and the instructor was skilled, understanding and explained everything very well.

I like the Basic Beginners classes. It’s the only of it’s kind that I’ve found and I searched quite a bit.
There are a lot of beginner’s classes offered by a lot of Yoga studios, but not for someone who has no idea about Yoga and is wanting to find out what others may think of as a no brainer. Such as, look around the instructions mat to find out what items you will need throughout the class (ie: belt). This little bit of knowledge gives the person just a little more confidence when entering into a class.
Getting the basics on etiquette, moves and words are so important. There is so much to learn. Knowing the basics helps with your confidence and gives a “ I can do this” attitude. Thank you.
