If You are Attending Hot Yoga Classes (Hot Flow, Hot Flow II, Hot Fusion):
- Drink plenty of
water before your class,
- Avoid large meals 2 hours before your class, but ensure that you have eaten enough to give you energy. Fruit, energy bars and light snacks make an excellent source of fuel.

Important Notes:
Classes are drop-in unless otherwise specified
- Evening Hot Classes are very popular. Please come 15 minutes before your class.

- Please respect the silence in the rooms before, during and after the class.
