WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Customer-focused; Serving with compassion, respect, and a sense of humour
Dependable, accountable, and responsible
Proactive problem solver
Ability to keep cool and collected in fast pace environment
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Professional, polite, and friendly
Extremely comfortable with computers & software
Willingness to learn & be curious
GOALS
Uphold the company’s core values and lead by example
Give an exceptional guest experience to all guests
Takes care of the studio via cleaning and learning all the operational software at Yogalife.
Responsible for conducting tours and rate presentations
Assist new and current students with memberships, classes, teachers, schedules, and overall yoga etiquette
Regular yoga practice.
Help guests sign up, create profile, learn Yogalife’s app.
Assist admin team and teachers as needed
Promote community and participate in Yogalife events when able.
Support all client retention activities.
Coordinate with GSR trainer for sales techniques and in-service videos.
Keep track of performance & keep Admin team updated
