I love the digital lockers and the towel service. I had never tried hot yoga before so didn’t bring an extra long towel. One of the employees gave me one and mentioned that it was included in the membership I had... Very happy finding that out:) I have practiced some yoga before but had never tried warm/ hot yoga... One of the employees ( sorry I didn’t get his name) younger gentlemen with a ponytail:) was so calming and helpful. Answered all of my questions and was just very present in the conversation with me. That I really appreciated:)

- I like that there are multiple classes a day (with different instructors), with different difficulties
- I like that there is spray to clean your mat at the end of the class (and the option of renting mats/towels if I ever forget them)
- I like the app (and the ease of using it/booking classes, looking for instructors, etc.)
- I like having workshops offered
- I like that there are hair ties and other misc. things that are there (never know when yours breaks, and having them there makes it nice)
- Showers are nice when you’re hot and gross
- Oh, and tea is always nice at the end of the class.

The yogalife instructors and staff are kind, skilled and create such a welcoming environment. I was nervous to get back into yoga again for fear of looking like a total amateur; but it didn’t take me long to realize how silly that was! I love the studios, and every instructor offers a unique, passionate and inspiring way to practice. Amazing job!
