Keep this in mind to make the most of your practice:
We have a strict no late-entry policy.
Arrive 10 minutes before class starts, you will not be allowed to enter class if you are not here 5 minutes prior to class start time.
Please be on your mat at the start time of class.
Please no electronics in the studio room. This includes phones and cameras. If you choose to wear a smart watch, please make sure the display is turned off as to not disturb other clients during class.
Yoga mats and towels are available to rent so you can travel light.
Our studios only accept credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.
Reserve your spot for class online or via phone.
Please note we allow for 3 days advanced reservation.
No shows will be charged a late cancel fee of $10 or will be docked one session from pass.
Come well hydrated and eat a light, healthy meal 2-3 hours prior to your practice
Please remove your shoes in the designated area when you enter the center. Classes are practiced barefoot.
Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement or your freedom to breathe.
Be sure to advise your teacher before class if you are new (first 10 classes), have an injury/medical condition or are pregnant.
Please keep your voices low in the lounge or hallways as classes may be in session.
Please do not use perfume, cologne, or scent sprays in the studios.
Leave all personal belongings at home, or in the change rooms at the center.
Do not practice when sick.
We do not allow late entry to any classes for safety reasons.
NO exceptions will be made.
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note, if you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to class start time, your spot will be given to a fellow yogi on the waitlist.
Single Class, Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships:
You must cancel your class 1.5 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.
Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.
Please text or call us (780) 329-3927 if you can’t make it to class on time to avoid any penalties.
All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Single Class and Class Packages
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $10 to your credit card on file.
All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Workshops & Registered Classes: You must cancel 48 hours or more in advance to receive a refund or credit for another workshop. If you late-cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, your workshop credit will still be deducted from your account.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We do NOT offer refunds on any Single passes, Class Passes, Sale items or Unlimited Memberships.

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
Contracts have a 4-month minimum commitment.

STUDENT & TEACHER DISCOUNTS:
Students and yoga teachers with valid ID can receive 15% off Class Packages.
Discount is NOT eligible for Intro Passes or Sale Passes.
Discount is only redeemable in-studio, not online.
LOST & FOUND:
Yogalife is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or yoga room.
