Build a strong foundation for a life long practice of yoga in our Hatha: Foundations class. This class is designed to accomodate people who have never set foot on a yoga mat and people who have taken a few yoga classes. Learn the beneﬁts and basics of yoga to prepare you for all the classes offered at Yogalife!
Receive all the benefits of a heated yoga practice in our Warm Foundation Flow class. This class breaks down the Flow postures and is slowed down to better guide you through the sequences. Modifications will be provided and encouraged throughout the practice. Learn the foundations first before venturing off into a regular class.
