Megan first fell into yoga as a child. She picked up a book about Yoga for Kids and playfully found herself moving through each pose. As she grew older, she dove deeper into the yoga world, falling in love with the physical, emotional, and spiritual elements. Megan is now inspired by the bliss she can create for herself on the mat and aims to share that peace with her students.
Being an elementary teacher, education is at Megan’s core. She has completed two 200 hour yoga training courses, one at Magic Pond Yoga with Ron Katwijk in South Korea, and another at Awakening Yoga Academy with Carling Harps and Patrick Beach. Megan loves to learn and is continuously growing in her practice.
Megan’s teaching style centers around play and accessibility. She believes that yoga is for all bodies and that one’s individual, unique practice can be found through exploring movements and breath and adapting the practice to fit each person.
