Danielle has been teaching Yoga for over 8 years, and practicing for 15 years. She began practicing to compliment her training as a young athlete and upon retirement from the sport, to cope and thrive through battles with severe anxiety and depression. She is an E-RYT 500, Empowered Yoga Teacher Training Facilitator and lululemon ambassador. The message has evolved over years of practice, teaching and training but the intention is the same; to enrich and empower others through the practice of yoga so they may connect with the self. She hopes that through yoga students can find contentment, peace, acceptance. That they are perfectly imperfect and that is exactly as it should be.

Danielle sees her yoga practice as a safe space to prepare for life off the mat. In this controlled stress environment we can experiment, take chances, and learn to cultivate the abilities to nurture the self, body, mind, and spirit. Danielle believes that yoga should be accessible to all, in her classes you can expect modifications and variations for all levels of students. Danielle is a lover of all things flow so you can expect to see elements of Rocket Astanga, Vinyasa, and intelligent sequencing throughout, balanced with deep pranayama, intention, meditation and mantra. Danielle has a light heart, so come to class prepared to sweat, smile, listen to funky music and feel the depth of your breath.

Off the mat, you can find her snuggling her two beautiful girls, Issie and Molly, and laughing with her husband Tom. They love to explore anywhere and everywhere in their 1974 Boler.
