A full-time massage therapist, Emerald is passionate about bodies and movement. Her classes combine classic asana and breath awareness with playful strengthening exercises and a dose of appreciation for what the awesome bodies we're born with can do.

Having practiced yoga for nearly ten years, Emerald has witnessed firsthand how a yoga practice can shift and evolve to support and enhance the everyday experience. This has led her to practice and study numerous styles of yoga. Now a 500-hour certified teacher, she has training including pre and post-natal yoga, restorative, Vinyasa and meditation.
