Here is where you can incorporate mindfulness into your yoga practice. By shifting from a reaction to observation, you understand that this discomfort is temporary. This alteration in thinking can offer an entirely different experience to your yoga experience.
By combining mindfulness into your practice, it pushes you to drive deeper into your yoga practice.
