  • At least 2 years of customer service experience

  • Customer-focused; Serving with compassion, respect, and a sense of humour

  • Dependable, accountable, and responsible

  • Proactive problem solver

  • Ability to keep cool and collected in fast fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated

  • Detail oriented

  • Professional, polite, and friendly

  • Extremely comfortable with computers & software

  • Willingness to learn & be curious

GOALS

  • Uphold the company’s core values and lead by example

  • Give an exceptional guest experience to all guests

  • Takes care of the studio via cleaning and learning all the operational software at Yogalife.

  • Responsible for conducting tours and rate presentations

  • Assist new and current students with memberships, classes, teachers, schedules, and overall yoga etiquette

  • Regular yoga practice.

  • Help guests sign up, create a profile, and learn Yogalife’s app.

  • Assist admin team and teachers as needed

  • Promote community and participate in Yogalife events when able.

  • Support all client retention activities.

  • Coordinate with GSR trainer for sales techniques and in-service videos.

  • Keep track of performance & keep Admin team updated

  • Maintaining cleanliness
