Welcome to our Kids Yoga Camp for children aged 5 to 9 years old. Our 3 hour day camp is designed to provide a fun and relaxing experience for kids, while promoting physical activity and mindfulness.
During our camp, kids will participate in a variety of activities, including:
Yoga Movement: Kids will learn basic yoga poses and movements that promote balance, flexibility, and strength. Our experienced instructor, Samantha, will guide them through a fun and interactive yoga session that is tailored to their age group.
Relaxation: We understand the importance of relaxation for kids, so we have included a relaxation session in our camp. Kids will learn simple breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises that help them to calm their minds and bodies.
Mindfulness Games & Craft Activities: Our camp includes a range of mindfulness games and craft activities that promote creativity and focus. Kids will have the opportunity to work on different projects and games that challenge their minds while having fun.
Sensory Play: We believe that sensory play is an important part of childhood development, so we have included a sensory play session in our camp. Kids will be able to explore different textures and materials, which will stimulate their senses and encourage imaginative play.
Snack Time: We understand that kids need regular snacks to keep their energy levels up, so we have included a snack time in our camp. We will provide healthy snacks and drinks for the kids, which they can enjoy while socializing with their peers.
