Prenatal Partner Yoga Workshop for a powerful pregnancy and beautiful birth. Allow this practice to build physical and emotional strength in your partnership to prepare for the intimate experience of childbirth, which creates an important bond with you and your baby. We will discuss and practice breathing to bring into your birthing space, massage and positions for comfort. This fun and interactive workshop encourages, empowers, supports and validates each couple’s journey into parenthood.
In the workshop, we explore gentle yoga postures, relaxation, and massage. The postures assist the mother and partner in building strength to find endurance during labour and deliveries. Also to connect and learn to find trust in each other through loving communication. Expect to learn helpful tips to take you through your birth. Building confidence in the birth partner to assist and support the mother during the class flows right through into the birth. No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
