In part one of this workshop series, we will learn how to get into crow pose, headstand, handstand and many more with our instructor: Blazenka (she/her)


Expect to get sweaty, maybe a little sore, and have a lot of fun! No experience is required but it would be beneficial if you have attended Rocket, Ashtanga, Hot Flow Strength, or Dynamic classes in the past.
