Continuing from part 1 of the Flight Essentials Workshop Series, part 2 will consist of inversion poses as well as options for transitions and variations with our instructor: Blazenka (she/her)

Expect to get sweaty, maybe a little sore, and have a lot of fun! No experience is required but it would be beneficial if you have attended Rocket, Ashtanga, Hot Flow Strength, or Dynamic classes in the past.
