In this workshop, you’ll have a chance to slow down and get grounded in your body so that you can find more freedom in your run.
Trying something new can be intimidating, especially if you’re out of your comfort zone.
Expect an immersive workshop that includes breathwork, meditation, and asanas (postures) that help with run recovery.
Whether you’re prepping for your first race, or your 100th race this workshop gives runners techniques and tools to warm the body and mind pre-run, and postures that target common areas of discomfort for runners.

yoga mat
water
notebook and pen
tennis ball or massage ball
any props you like to practice with
Yoga for Runners is beginner-friendly and no yoga experience is required. If you have injuries, check with your physiotherapist before joining. Variations will be provided for every posture.
