We are kicking off the summer with a Yoga for Golfers themed class on June 19th.
The class will be centered around opening up your hips and shoulders, twists to help the spine warm up, and strenghth in the legs since you spend most of your time on the golf course or on the range keeping your feet planted as best as you can.
Refreshments and snacks will be available after practice, so you can hang out and enjoy after class.
Yoga will start at around 10:30am and go until about 12:30pm.
